Shipping Cost and Delivery Time
We deliver globally, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout once you’ve entered your address. We offer two shipping methods: Registered Air Mail (Standard Shipping) and Express Shipping (via carriers like DHL, UPS, or FedEx).
- Standard Shipping (Registered Air Mail): Free worldwide with delivery times between 6-15 days.
Express Shipping: Costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your package, with delivery times of 3-5 days.
Please note that express shipping costs may vary, especially for regions like parts of the Middle East, Asia, Eastern Europe, South America, Africa, and remote islands.
Taxes and Duties
In some countries outside the U.S., additional import taxes, duties, or customs fees may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs office and are not covered in the payments made to us. To learn more, consult your local customs office for specific details.
Free Worldwide Shipping, No Minimum Purchase
We offer free worldwide standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. However, free express shipping is unavailable due to higher shipping costs to certain regions mentioned above.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information. It may take up to 4 business hours for the tracking details to become active in the system.
Changing Orders
We process orders quickly, so if you need to make any changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Ownership, Terms, and Risk
Ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are unable to reroute packages once they’ve been shipped. The responsibility lies with you to double-check the address during checkout. We do not ship to PO boxes since express services cannot deliver to them.
Once your order is shipped and a tracking number is provided, the order cannot be canceled. If you refuse delivery, standard return and refund policies apply, and any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery and Receiving Your Package
You may need to sign for your package upon delivery. If you’re unavailable, the delivery company will attempt to contact you for rescheduling. Please reach out to them within 5 days of the first delivery attempt to avoid your package being returned to us. If returned, we may charge you for both the return and redelivery fees.
When your order arrives, it’s essential to inspect the package for any damage before signing for it. If you notice visible damage, you have the option to refuse delivery or sign for the package as “UNCHECKED,” acknowledging you accept the goods as they are.
Out-of-Stock Items
If a product is unavailable when you place your order, we will notify you within 24 hours. You can choose to either wait for the new delivery or cancel your order for a full refund.
Shipping Disclaimer
Delays in shipping may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or conflicts. While we strive to deliver within the estimated time frame, external factors may impact delivery times, and we appreciate your understanding.
If you don’t receive your tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, check your “Junk/Spam” folder or contact us for further assistance.
