Warranty Period
Lazzybeauty offers a 3-year limited warranty for all new products purchased directly from our UK official website lazzybeauty.co.uk. Please note that we do not sell on third-party marketplaces like eBay, Aliexpress, or DHgate. The warranty starts from the date of your invoice and covers any issues arising from manufacturing defects or faulty components.
Warranty Forfeiture
The warranty will be voided in the following situations:
- Products labeled as “sample,” “Not for Sale,” “AS IS,” or “prototype.”
- Tampered serial tags, product stickers, or trademarks.
- Disassembly, misuse, incorrect handling, or defacement of the product.
- Damage due to accidents, improper service by unauthorized parties, or use in unsuitable conditions such as incorrect temperature, humidity, or electrical stress.
- Use of an incorrect power adapter or exposure to power surges.
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Liquids, gels, serums, creams, and membranes are final sale and are not refundable.
Warranty Instructions
- For Products: If a product is defective or doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a refund, exchange, or repair within 30 days of delivery.
- For Accessories: If accessories are faulty and don’t fall under the forfeiture conditions, we offer a replacement or full refund, and we’ll cover the shipping costs.
Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they are processed, shipped, or have a tracking number. If you refuse delivery after it has shipped, the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Return Policy
a) Unwanted Products
If the Lazzybeauty product you purchased isn’t defective but doesn’t meet your needs, you may return it as an “unwanted product” for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Shipping and VAT fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility. After 30 days, refunds or exchanges are not available.
To ensure your product qualifies for a refund, it must:
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories, documentation, and certification labels.
- Be undamaged with no signs of tampering, dents, scratches, or electrical issues.
We recommend using a traceable carrier, as Lazzybeauty is not responsible for any damage or loss during transit. If the returned product passes inspection, your refund will be processed. Non-conforming products may be rejected or charged a restocking fee.
b) Non-Manmade Defective Products
If your product is defective due to manufacturing issues and not user mishandling, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement, with shipping costs covered by us.
If the defect arises after 30 days but within the 3-year warranty period, we’ll replace or repair the item. Lazzybeauty will cover the shipping costs.
If the defect occurs after the 3-year warranty, you will be responsible for shipping costs and repair/replacement charges.
c) Manmade Defective Products
For products with manmade defects (caused by user mishandling), refunds are not available. However, within the warranty period, you may request a repair or replacement, though you’ll need to cover service fees and shipping costs.
How to Return a Product
- Contact us with your order number.
- We will provide you with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- Pack the item securely in its original box and ship it back to us.
Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be credited to your original payment method.
