30-Day Exchange & Return Policy
We offer a flexible return and exchange policy, allowing you to return items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we won’t be able to accept the return. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. For further details on non-returnable items, please refer to our warranty page.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method. This process typically takes between 7 to 15 business days, excluding holidays.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please take the following steps:
- Double-check your bank account for any deposits.
Contact your credit card provider, as processing delays are common.
Reach out to your bank, which may also require time to process the refund.

Sale Items
Please be aware that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, please contact us via email, and we will guide you through the process.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the item’s value once we process your return. We will mail a gift certificate to you after the return is completed. However, if the gift wasn’t shipped directly to you, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Please include your order ID with the return package. While we cover the shipping fee when sending the item to you, for returns of unwanted or manmade-defective products, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We will cover shipping fees only for defective product returns. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and any refund issued will have the return shipping cost deducted.
The time required for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
